In 2004, Brilliance started as "Brilliance Human Capital Consulting" - later as "Brilliance Consulting" with a drive to offer exceptional professional business training and management consulting. Brilliance's drive was backed with a deep belief of its founder that something was truly required in professional education and training to bridge the gap between business academic knowledge and market needs in the professional environment.
Brilliance is considered amongst the pioneers who introduced the idea of "Professional Diplomas" to the market with the purpose of enabling its participants to have a holistic integrated learning approach that focuses on the balance between business theories and practical tools to apply the knowledge.
Brilliance introduced its first professional diploma to the public sector named as "Train the Trainer" professional diploma in cooperation with another prestigious educational institute, which is Regional IT Institute (RITI). By the first rounds, learners were impressed with the value and intensity of the skills they acquired. Learners' feedbacks on the diploma were spectacular concerning the in-depth content, the instructional design, the interactive delivery and the relevant method of evaluation. Intakes started to be conducted in a successive manner. In less than two years, the diploma turned out to be a market leader with respect to a number of rounds per year. In spite of other train the trainer programs in the market - some with international affiliations - and the relatively high fees of Brilliance's Train the Trainer professional diploma, Brilliance's diploma has been ranked on top of all train the trainer programs in the market. Six years later, Brilliance succeeded to conduct more than twenty five back-to-back public intakes in a row, in addition to the corporate intakes.
In 2006, Brilliance capitalized on its remarkable success and launched the Human Resources Management (HRM) professional diploma in cooperation with RITI. The diploma had the required impact in the market and exceeded our expectations. The market received the HRM professional diploma with even higher positive impression. Brilliance again has proven its unique learning methodology and positioned itself as a well recognized educational provider. Now Brilliance's HRM professional diploma is one of the most reputable HRM diplomas in the market. Again, Brilliance has conducted more than 17 intakes in public classes in a row; in addition to corporate intakes.
In 2008, Brilliance extended its success by launching "Sales Management and Negotiation" professional diploma, with the same success achieved.
On the corporate level, Brilliance has succeeded to attract reputable companies; multinational and domestic from various business sectors to benefit from Brilliance's educational, training and consulting offerings. Only after three years from Brilliance's establishment date, Brilliance succeeded to engrave its name in the corporate sector as one of the most important educational and training institutions in Egypt that provides qualified educational business programs, professional training and management consulting services to its clients.
In 2011, Brilliance pursued its growth strategy by a partnership with Victoria University, Switzerland School of Management to offer higher accredited degrees to the Egyptian market; Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master in the Human Resources Management (MHRM) as well as other business and management diplomas. Brilliance exerted extensive efforts to calibrate its diplomas to the Swiss standards and at the same time preserve its unique learning methodology with respect to the market. Brilliance has changed its identity to "Brilliance Business School" in order to describe more of what Brilliance stands for. Brilliance now is launching other post graduate diplomas including Management Consulting, Strategic Management, Successful Business and Entrepreneurship, and Mentoring and Coaching.
